Vista Summerose

Vista Summerose is a wholly owned Bumiputera company that is part of the Vista Summerose Group of Companies network. It was established since 1996. VS Board members have been involved in the management of parking systems for 37 years. These experiences and expertise have seen the company’s involvement in parking system management in 38 cities covering almost 170,000 parking spaces throughout Malaysia.

Currently, VS is further growing by taking steps to transform the traffic management of cities in Malaysia and helping them to achieve the Smart City status by introducing the most comprehensive Smart Parking Concept in Malaysia. VS has succeeded in increasing the revenue of local municipalities using our parking systems and at the same time integrating them for the convenience of the public.

Company Background

The company was established in 1996 by Dato Haji Nik Haidi and Datin Hajah Anizam. Dato Haji Nik Haidi as the founder began his involvement in the field of parking management in 1984 after completing his studies at the Institute of Technology MARA (currently known as UiTM). During that time, he was working as a Supervisor at one of the leading local parking companies (Asas Budiman Sdn. Bhd.) In Kuala Lumpur. After completing his MBA in 1995, Dato Haji Nik Haidi was appointed as Malaysia’s first General Manager (GM) for an international parking operator, known as Secure Parking. Armed with high experience and confidence, he decided to set up a company and embark on this journey by himself in the field of parking system management in 1996.

His spouse Datin Hajah Anizam was also the co-founder of the company. Datin Hajah Anizam completed her studies at ITM (currently known as UiTM) in the field of CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) in 1984. Upon graduation she began her career as an Operations Executive at one of the leading local parking companies, Satu Padu Sdn. Bhd. In 1993, she worked as an Operation and Executive at Pernas Sime Darby Sdn. Bhd. a subsidiary of an international company Hertz Rent-a-Car. Then, she resigned from the old company and founded this company together with Dato Haji Nik Haidi. Together they developed this company overseeing its expansion.

After operating for more than 25 years, VSSB Company supports the aspiration to work with local authorities throughout the country to improve the level of parking management to the highest effectiveness not only comparable but also beyond the systems in the developed countries. VS Company has successfully taken steps to bring the first Smart Urban Mobility concept in Malaysia thus improving the standard of traffic management to international standards.
